About the role

Juru Energy is looking for an Energy Systems Anlyst for our Energy Systems Advisory practice in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. You will be part of the team working on performing energy system advisory and planning studies (generation focused) for some of the most high-profile energy projects in the region.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordination of energy systems advisory assignments with a focus on generation sector (solar, wind, DER, EV, storage, etc.)
  • Managing due diligence and advisory mandates
  • Performing market studies and modelling using industry standard software
  • Preparation of raw data analysis, reports development
  • Supporting identification of new business opportunities
  • Assistance in proposal preparation, contract negotiations and team mobilization

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or economics
  • Preferably min 2 years’ experience in engineering and/or in consulting (power sector preferred)
  • Knowledge of generation or market modelling tools
  • Excellent command of English and Russian, particularly written
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly manner, and team player
