We look for people who are diligent, detailed oriented, and prepared to go the extra mile in order to deliver. Although we are predominantly technical specialists, we keep an open mind to hire candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Who we hire
We hire candidates at broadly three different levels. We also hire several interns each year.

Entry level
You could be in your final year doing BSc, a Master student, a recent graduate, or a professional with up to 2 years’ experience. We aim to hire a number of candidates at this level every year.

Independents
You are an expert with min 10 years’ of proven experience in your field. We deploy min 1-2 top level external consultants to complement our internal resources. We have contracted people from more than 20 countries.

Experienced
You are someone with min 2-5 years’ experience in a desired field. Since you have already been shaped to some extent elsewhere, you need to be open-minded, flexible and a quick learner.
